Dong Nai Lon bridge (Ghenh bridge), Km1699+860, Hanoi - Ho Chi Minh City railway line is a grade I railway bridge, the total length of the bridge is 239.2 m, including 3 curved steel truss spans, each span is 76.2 m long. The bridge was newly built in 2016 to replace the old bridge that was collapsed by a barge.
At 10:10 am on March 6, 2026, the barge collided with the main platform of span 2 of Ghenh bridge, although it did not cause any casualties, it damaged the railway bridge, causing traffic jams.
Regarding damage to railway transport as of 1:00 PM on March 6th, train SE22, which was stopping at Di An station, had to return to Saigon station to return tickets to passengers and disband train SE22 along with trains SE10 and TN4.
