In the dark, dozens of officers and soldiers of Lam Dong Provincial Police, military forces and local police quickly participated in rescuing a 45-seat passenger bus that fell into Bao Loc Pass.
In addition, many doctors, nurses, and medical staff were present in time, participating in emergency care, and bandaging the victims' injuries.
Colonel Bui Duc Thinh - Deputy Director of Lam Dong Provincial Police - and leaders of Bao Loc city and Da Huoai district also quickly arrived to direct rescue work, encourage the victims.

During the rescue process, the forces did not hesitate to face difficulties and struggles with the highest determination for the safety of those in distress on the passenger bus.
With tireless efforts, after about 1 hour of reaching the scene, the forces quickly brought 35 people up from the abyss.
Of these, 3 people were quite seriously injured and were being taken to Lam Dong Hospital II by ambulance for emergency care. The remaining people, many of whom were scratched, were given first aid, wound bandagles and moved to safety.

The victim was identified as Ms. N.T.N.T (born in 1999; in Dong Xoai city, Binh Phuoc) who was also rescued from the scene.
Two children have broken arms and Mr. Nguyen Huu Thinh (24 years old; living in Dong Xoai city, Binh Phuoc province) suffered back injuries and is being treated at Lam Dong II Hospital.

Leaders of localities and authorities also visited Lam Dong II Hospital to promptly visit and encourage the injured.
Those who suffered minor scratches and were lucky not to be injured were taken by vehicle to Binh Phuoc province by the authorities that evening.
Forces are still trying to deploy rescue measures to get passenger vans out of the abyss.
