At that time, the motorbike carrying the couple and their son was traveling on National Highway 1 in the direction of Phan Thiet - Phan Rang. When arriving at Hong Liem commune, Ham Thuan Bac district, Binh Thuan province, the accident occurred.
At the scene, the motorbike plunged into a drainage ditch along the road. The 3 victims were taken to the hospital by ambulance for emergency treatment, but the wife, N.T.H.T (born in 1990, residing in Bac Binh District) died. The remaining husband and child were seriously injured and are being treated at Binh Thuan General Hospital.
The Investigation Police Agency of Binh Thuan Province Police has examined the scene to investigate the cause of falling or colliding with another vehicle. At the same time, an autopsy was requested to clarify the cause. According to relatives, this family went back from a ceremony and had a tragic accident when they arrived at the above location.
