At about 4:30 a.m. on October 27, a landslide occurred at km12 of the La Son - Tuy Loan expressway, causing a car to drift about 20m.
At that time, Mr. Phung Xuan H (born in 1983, residing in Hanoi) was driving a car with license plate 30H-261.xx, carrying 3 people, traveling in the direction of Da Nang - Hue. When arriving at the above area, rocks and soil from the positive slope suddenly slid down, pushing the vehicle forward.
The incident caused minor damage to the car, with no casualties.
The working group is coordinating with the Road Company and Company 484 to clear the road and move vehicles out of the dangerous area.

Also on the morning of October 27, the Hue City Hydrometeorological Station issued an urgent notice stating that the water flow into reservoirs in the province increased significantly.
At 4:00 a.m. on October 27, the flow to Ta Trach Lake reached 6,728 m3/s, Binh Dien Lake 3,821 m3/s, Huong Dien Lake 2,631 m3/s. The reservoirs are increasing the flow to the downstream, causing the water level of the Huong and Bo rivers to continue to rise.
It is expected that by 10:00 a.m. on the same day, the water level of the two rivers will exceed alert level 3, of which alert level 3 on the Huong River is 3.5m, and the Bo River is 4.5m.
