At around 1:00 a.m. on August 2, at Truong Phuc intersection (Quang Vinh commune, Hung Yen province), a serious traffic accident occurred, causing the truck to be severely damaged, the front of the truck to be completely deformed, and the driver to be trapped inside the cabin.
According to initial information, the truck suddenly had an accident while traveling, leading to a strong collision. The collision caused the cockpit to be distorted, and the driver could not escape by himself.
People living near the scene quickly arrived, coordinating with the authorities to mobilize trucks and support tools to rescue the victim. After many efforts, the driver was taken out of the cabin and transferred to the emergency room in critical condition.
The cause of the accident is being further investigated and clarified by the authorities.
