According to the content shared by the account holder, the incident occurred in the National Highway 21 area in Binh Minh commune, Hanoi City.
Information from the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) - Hanoi City Police, immediately after receiving the information, the Command Board of Road Traffic Police Team No. 10 directed officers and soldiers to conduct verification.
Through review, functional forces identified the driver of truck BKS 30M-365. xx as Mr. L.V. H (born 1970, residing in Hanoi) and invited him to the Police agency to work.
At the police station, Mr. L.V. H admitted that at about 2:55 PM on May 3, 2026, he drove a truck on National Highway 21 and had the act of driving in the opposite direction as reflected by people.
Based on verification documents, Road Traffic Police Team No. 10 made a record of administrative violation against Mr. L.V. H for the act of "driving a vehicle in the opposite direction on a road with a sign'No reversing'".
For the above violation, the vehicle driver was fined 19 million VND and deducted 4 points from the driver's license according to regulations.
