The army and specialized vehicles and armored vehicles crossed the rushing water of Tuy An flooded area, Dak Lak to bring necessities to deeply flooded areas.

On the morning of November 21, due to prolonged heavy rain, Military Region 5 deployed forces and specialized vehicles, using armored vehicles to cross the rushing water to bring thousands of servings of necessities to deeply flooded areas. In Tay Hoa, Dong Hoa, Tuy An Bac, Dong Xuan, Xuan Loc communes and Binh Kien ward, Dak Lak province (old Phu Yen), floodwaters are still rising, many areas are completely cut off.

The working group was directly commanded by Colonel Cao Van Muoi, Deputy Chief of Staff of Military Region 5. The unit used 3 armored vehicles to transport more than 3,000 items, including instant noodles, dry food, drinking water and essential items. The goods were supplied by Military Region 5 in coordination with the Dak Lak Provincial Civil Defense Command, including 3 tons of dry food supported by Military Region 5 to be brought to areas that have been isolated for many days.

On the mobile road, many sections of the water flow rapidly, the roadbed is eroded, causing danger. However, officers and soldiers still persistently stay in the area, approaching each village and residential cluster with the spirit of "leaving no one behind". Relief goods are delivered to people, contributing to ensuring that no household falls into a state of hunger.

Receiving the relief gift, Mr. Nguyen Han, 84 years old, in Binh Kien ward, emotionally expressed his gratitude for the soldiers' timely presence in the most difficult moment.

Previously, the BB88 Regiment under the Dak Lak Provincial Military Command mobilized forces by motor boats and canoes to move many households out of the isolated area, and at the same time transferred relief goods to deeply flooded areas.

The armored vehicles crossing floodwaters of Military Region 5 have given the people of Dak Lak flooded areas more spiritual strength, affirming the solidarity between the army and the people, remaining strong in the hardships.
