After the first BMW M3 Touring was brought to Vietnam and handed over to a customer in Hanoi, BMW's high-performance wagon continues to attract the attention of car enthusiasts when the second one has appeared on the market.
Unlike the first one, the new BMW M3 Touring has a silver exterior combined with many black paint details such as grille, rearview mirrors, spoilers and aerodynamic details. Dual multi-spoke alloy rims in two silver-black tones contribute to highlighting the sporty design of the high-performance wagon model.
BMW M3 Touring has dimensions of length x width x height of 4,801 x 1,903 x 1,446 mm respectively, wheelbase reaches 2,857 mm. The car is standardly equipped with adaptive LED lighting system, 826M M-style rims with dimensions of 19 inches in front and 20 inches in rear, accompanied by M braking system, M Sport differential and M adaptive suspension.
The interior uses Merino leather with dark gray decorative details, combined with M Sport sports seats integrated with a glowing logo. The list of notable equipment includes a head-up display (HUD), Harman Kardon sound system, 3-zone automatic air conditioning, front seat heating function and 360-degree parking assist camera system.
Providing power for the BMW M3 Touring is the S58 6-cylinder in-line twin-turbo TwinPower Turbo engine, producing a maximum power of 530 horsepower and a maximum torque of 650 Nm.
The engine combined with an 8-speed M Steptronic automatic transmission and xDrive four-wheel drive system, helps the high-performance wagon accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.6 seconds before reaching an electronically limited top speed of 250 km/h.
The appearance of the second BMW M3 Touring shows that the high-performance wagon line, which is quite picky about customers in Vietnam, is gradually receiving attention from car enthusiasts who love practicality but still value sporty performance. With a very limited number of cars brought in, the M3 Touring is still one of the rare high-performance wagon models in the domestic market.
