Information from the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) of the Ministry of Public Security said that from December 14, 2025 to June 14, 2026, the Traffic Police Department received 10,643 complaints from people about violations of traffic order and safety through many digital platforms.
Among these, the VNeTraffic application is the channel that receives the most feedback with 6,028 cases, accounting for 56.58% of the total feedback. The Facebook fanpage of the Traffic Police Department and social network groups received 2,338 feedbacks, equivalent to 21.97%.
In addition, 2,277 complaints (21.39%) were sent via Zalo and text messages to the phone number of the Director of the Traffic Police Department.
Through verification, the traffic police force handled 10,378 eligible complaints. As a result, functional forces made records and handled 2,864 violations; deducted points for driver's licenses for 1,374 cases; revoked the right to use driver's licenses and professional certificates of 59 cases.
Notably, the Traffic Police Department has transferred 10 cases with signs of criminal law violations to the investigating agency for further handling according to regulations.

According to statistics, the behaviors that people reflect the most include improper parking and stopping (16.7%); driving in the wrong lane and lane (15.1%); changing lanes improperly (14.6%); not complying with traffic lights (8%); going into the emergency stop lane on the highway (6.5%).
The Traffic Police Department said that the proactiveness of people in providing information and images about violations has contributed to supporting functional forces to detect and handle violations, improve the awareness of law compliance of traffic participants, and at the same time contribute to preventing accidents and ensuring traffic order and safety.
