The Ministry of Construction is drafting a Circular promulgating economic - technical characteristics and economic - technical norms for technical safety and environmental protection testing services for motor vehicles and motor vehicle spare parts.
Explaining the necessity to build this characteristics and economic -technical norms, the Vietnam Registry Department said that according to the Law on Price No. 16/2023/QH15 (effective from 1.7.2024), the Ministry of Transport (now the Ministry of Construction) is responsible for promulgating the maximum price circulars for technical safety testing and environmental protection for motor vehicles and replacement vehicles on the price of motor vehicles and replacement vehicles on the price of motor vehicles and replacement vehicles on the standard of motor vehicles and replacement vehicles on the price of motor vehicles and replacement vehicles on the price of motor vehicles and replacement of the Circular Circular on the Circular Circular Circular and replacement of the Circular Circular Circular Circular (issued by the Ministry of Finance).
