In July 2025, the Traffic Police Department of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police responded to Mr. T.M.P.H's petition (residing in Khanh Hoa) about overtime trucks, removing license plates, and parking on the road, causing traffic obstruction and easily causing accidents in the evening.
After receiving the report, the Traffic Police Department verified and determined that the truck had a license plate of 79C-072.11, previously owned by Han Trung Phat Transport Trading-DV Company Limited.
This vehicle was resold to Mr. L.X.H (born in 1990, residing in An Thanh 1 village, Phuoc Dinh commune, Khanh Hoa).
According to Mr. H, because he was in the process of completing the ownership transfer documents, the license plate was revoked, and the vehicle could not carry out inspection procedures.
In addition, because the road to the house was too narrow, he was forced to lift his car back to temporarily park in the Phuoc Dinh inter-commune road area (near the dam to prevent salinity).
After the working process, the Traffic Police Department drew up a record of administrative violations against Mr. L.X.H for parking without signaling with emergency lights.
For the act of not having a license plate and waiting for the inspection period, the authorities did not draw up a record to sanction.
The reason is that at the time of inspection, the vehicle was not traveling on the road but was only parked at a standstill, and was in the process of transferring ownership, so there was not enough basis to handle it according to regulations.
The Traffic Police Department of Khanh Hoa Province Police recorded the reflection of the people and said that it will continue to inspect and monitor to promptly handle violations of traffic safety and order in the area.
