Up to now, the temporary detention period has passed but the violator, vehicle owner or legal representative did not come to resolve the matter or came to resolve the matter but could not prove the legal ownership of the vehicle, did not comply with the penalty decision, and did not receive the vehicle despite being notified many times.













To resolve the matter according to regulations, Yen Bai Provincial Police announced to find the owner, manager or legal user of the vehicle to the Traffic Police Department (address: No. 668 Dai Dong Street, Group 7, Yen Binh Town, Yen Binh District, Yen Bai Province) to work.
Within 30 days from the date of notification, if the owner, manager or legal user of the vehicle does not come to resolve the issue or does not receive response information from the police of the units and localities, the Traffic Police Department - Yen Bai Provincial Police will carry out procedures to confiscate, seize, and auction to the State budget according to regulations.
