Mr. Q asked, will he be eligible for a B2, B or C1 driver's license? If you are granted a Class B driving license, can you convert it to a Class C1 driving license?

    Regarding this issue, the Ministry of Public Security responded as follows:

    According to the provisions of Clause 4, Article 89 of the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety, people who have been trained to drive before January 1, 2025 will be tested on a class B vehicle and granted a class B driving license or tested on a class C1 driving license to be granted a class C1 driving license.

    In his case, the issuance of a driving license of which class must be based on the application, health certificate and vehicle testing to determine which class of driving license he is granted.
