Dien Bien - The announcement aims to provide necessary information for people to proactively choose suitable means of transport and travel routes.

Recently, Mr. Pham Duc Toan - Permanent Vice Chairman of Dien Bien Provincial People's Committee has just signed a decision to announce the bridge load and road weight limit in the province.

Accordingly, the load and size limit of roads are announced to help traffic participants refer to some necessary information in advance to proactively arrange, choose vehicles and routes to suit traffic needs.

However, do not replace signs of load capacity, size limitation and road signs on the route.

The People's Committee of Dien Bien province said that many provincial roads still meet transportation needs well and do not install signs to limit load. Specifically, provincial routes 141 (Na Nhan - Muong Phang), provincial road 143, and provincial road 144B (Huoi Leng - Pa Ham) ... do not have restrictive signs.

However, provincial road 146 (Km19+100 to Km33+800), provincial road 149 (Trai Dau - Pu Nhung - Rang Dong), provincial road 149B... have a load capacity of 6 tons of road axis, and a load capacity of 13 tons of bridge on the route (for all vehicles).

The Provincial People's Committee also assigned the Department of Construction to publicly disclose information and send data to the Vietnam Road Administration. At the same time, review the system of signs on the routes to ensure suitability with the actual situation and traffic safety.
