According to the document approved by the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province, the general fare for vehicles with less than 12 seats, trucks under 2 tons, and buses is 41,000 VND/trip, with corresponding monthly and quarterly fares. The fare for the surrounding area is 12,000 VND/trip, monthly fare is 360,000 VND, and quarterly fare is 972,000 VND.
Vehicles with 12 to 30 seats and trucks from 2 to under 4 tons will cost VND59,000 per trip, and for neighboring areas, the fee is reduced to VND17,000 per trip.
For vehicles with 31 seats or more, trucks from 4 tons to under 10 tons, the fare is 87,000 VND/trip, and the reduced fare for neighboring areas is 26,000 VND/trip.
Trucks with a load capacity from 10 tons to under 18 tons, and 20-foot container trucks will be charged VND140,000/trip, while the fee for neighboring areas is VND42,000/trip.
Finally, trucks of 18 tons or more and 40-foot containers have the highest fee of VND200,000/trip, with the fee for neighboring areas being VND60,000/trip.
In addition to the Hoa Lac - Hoa Binh expressway, people and tourists coming to Hoa Binh can travel along National Highway 6. On this route, there is the Xuan Mai - Hoa Binh toll station (located at Km42+730), which has been collecting tolls since 2015.
