Lai Chau announces 4 new administrative procedures in the field of registration

    Lai Chau - The Provincial People's Committee has just announced a list of administrative procedures in the field of registration under the management scope of the Department of Construction.

    According to the decision, there are 4 contents to be announced, including issuing new and re-issuing Certificates of eligibility for motor vehicle inspection activities; issuing new and re-issuing Certificates of eligibility for emission inspection activities for motorbikes and mopeds.

    In which, the issuance of new Certificates of eligibility for motor vehicle inspection activities has a total processing time of 3 days for receiving dossiers, 8 days for actual inspection and evaluation, and 2 days for issuing certificates.

    For re-issuance cases, the processing time is 2 working days if submitted directly and 1 day for dossiers sent by post or online.

    For the emission inspection of motorbikes and mopeds, the new issuance time is similar to the procedure applied to motor vehicle inspection. The re-issuance case is handled within 2 working days.

    Organizations and individuals in need can submit applications at the Lai Chau Provincial Public Administration Service Center, the Commune-level Public Administration Service Center or the Commune-level One-Stop Shop.

    At the same time, it can be sent through public postal services or done online through the National Public Service Portal.

    The above contents are not charged fees or charges. The implementation of the one-stop mechanism is expected to create more convenience for organizations and individuals when implementing requirements related to registration activities in the province. The decision takes effect from the date of signing.
