Lang Son Provincial People's Committee has just issued a Decision on transferring specialized public service vehicles from the Provincial Inspectorate to Lang Son College for management and use, in order to ensure compliance with standards and norms according to current regulations.
Specifically, the transferred assets are 1 specialized passenger car with license plate 12A-005. 12, Hyundai County SL brand, 29 seats; frame number RLUHGB7HPKB000281; engine number D4GAKJ261680.
The car has a original price of 1.385 billion VND, the remaining value is 554 million VND.
The unit with transferred assets is the Provincial Inspectorate; the receiving unit is Lang Son College.
The reason for the transfer is to ensure the norms and standards for specialized cars of the College according to the regulations of the Provincial People's Committee.
The decision clearly states that within 30 days from the date of promulgation, the Provincial Inspectorate and Lang Son College are responsible for organizing the handover and receipt of assets in accordance with regulations.
Along with that, make a handover record according to the form, carry out accounting for asset increases and decreases according to the current accounting regime; and at the same time carry out procedures for registering ownership rights, use and declaration of asset changes.
The two units must also carry out procedures to revoke vehicle registration certificates and license plates at the vehicle registration agency according to the regulations of the Ministry of Public Security.
Lang Son College is responsible for managing and using assets for the right purposes and in accordance with regulations; paying reasonable expenses directly related to the handover and receipt of assets in accordance with legal regulations.
The Department of Finance is assigned to be fully responsible before the law and before the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the legality, completeness, and accuracy of the dossiers and contents submitted for approval.
