The driving test center belongs to Thanh Hoa Transport Vocational College (address: No. 02 Doc Ga, Phu Son Ward, Thanh Hoa City).

New students have gone through 4 rounds of competition including theory, computer simulation, cycling and driving on school buses. Candidates taking the re-examination to restore their driving license only need a theory exam. A new point compared to before is that candidates who fail the theory exam will still be able to take the other part. The competition achieves a one-year reserve of results.

Police received to issue electronic driving licenses to send local printing people. This unit integrates into an electronic identification account to ensure the rights of the people and serve the state management. Administrative procedures for granting and changing driving licenses will not change when transferring between the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Public Security.
People can completely do the normal procedures for granting and exchanging as at the current direct reception points and the National Public Service Portal.
The Ministry of Public Security and the Public Security of localities will announce a list of direct reception locations and addresses of the National Public Service Portal for people to know how to do.
People's driver's licenses that have been issued before when participating in traffic can still be used normally and only need to be changed when they are about to expire and if necessary, they must be changed to a driver's license issued by the Ministry of Public Security.
