    According to regulations, the new motorbike registration form will take effect from March 1, 2025.

    Article 12 of Circular 13/2025/TT-BCA stipulates amendments and supplements on the issuance and revocation of vehicle registration certificates, license plates of motor vehicles and specialized motorbikes. The Circular takes effect from March 1, 2025.

    Accordingly, the model of a new motorbike registration certificate will change from January 1 as follows:

    The old model according to Circular No. 79/2024/TT-BCA dated November 15, 2024 of the Ministry of Public Security is as follows:

    Thus, the new motorbike registration certificate model has the same size, material and presentation as the old model.

    However, from March 1, 2025, because there are no more district police, information related to the district police will be removed from the new model.
