The Ministry of Public Security is proposing a draft Decree amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 151/2024/ND-CP dated November 15, 2024 of the Government detailing a number of articles and measures to implement the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety.
The draft proposes to amend and supplement a number of points and clauses of Article 11 (information in the database on road traffic order and safety) as follows:

Information on compulsory civil liability insurance for motor vehicle and specialized motorbike owners.
Amending and supplementing point g clause 8 as follows:
Information on compulsory civil liability insurance compensation of owners of motor vehicles and specialized motorbikes; information on accidents, administrative violations, registration, and inspection related to motor vehicles and specialized motorbikes collected through connection with databases of the Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of Finance, and Ministry of Construction.
According to the drafting agency, the draft has stipulated supplementing information on specialized motorbikes, including specialized motorbike insurance to ensure consistency.
It is known that regulations on civil liability insurance for motor vehicles (including compulsory specialized motor vehicle insurance) have been stipulated in No: 67/2023/ND-CP on compulsory civil liability insurance of motor vehicle owners, compulsory fire and explosion insurance, compulsory insurance in construction investment activities.
According to this Decree, civil liability insurance for motor vehicles is compulsory insurance and stipulates the general price as follows:
