Sports car enthusiasts in Europe and the Middle East will soon have access to the entire new Charger lineup from Dodge (a Stellantis brand). The announcement signals Dodge’s efforts to penetrate the export market.
Carscoops reports that a Stellantis spokesperson said the new Charger will also be sold in the Middle East and through importers in Europe in the second half of 2025.
Dodge has yet to specify which Charger version will be sold first in these markets, but a Stellantis spokesperson confirmed that all four versions (including two- and four-door versions, with both internal combustion engines and EV powertrains) will be offered in both regions.
The first new-generation Charger to debut in the US is a two-door Charger BEV, called the Charger Daytona. It is powered by a pair of electric motors that produce up to 456 horsepower and 404 lb-ft (547 Nm) of torque, powered by a 100.5 kWh battery pack.
For speed enthusiasts, the Daytona Scat Pack will deliver a whopping 630 horsepower and 627 lb-ft (849 Nm), propelling the car from 0 to 60 mph (96 km/h) in just 3.3 seconds.
The Charger Coupe and Sedan are both powered by the ICE 3.0-liter Hurricane inline-six engine. The car is offered in two configurations, standard and high power. The base model can reach 420 horsepower and 470 lb-ft (637 Nm), while the more powerful version can increase the output to 550 horsepower and 550 lb-ft (746 Nm).
