The Traffic Police Department said that from 12:00 on November 19, 2025 to 12:00 on November 20, 2025, AI cameras detected many motorbike owners who were fined.
In particular, through extracting data from AI cameras piloted in Hanoi's inner city (intersection of Pham Van Bach - Hoang Quan Chi streets), it was automatically detected:
12 cases of motorbike and motorbike drivers not wearing helmets.
45 cases of not obeying traffic light signals - running red lights.
03 cases of going in the wrong direction.
These cases have been transferred to the Hanoi City Police and functional units to carry out procedures to handle violations.
The detailed list is as follows:

Bac Ninh Police announced the results of detecting vehicles violating traffic safety order through the security, order and traffic safety surveillance camera system from November 10, 2025 to November 16, 2025.
Notably, among these are the motorcycle license plates that were fined as follows:

People should note the fine for motorbike drivers who violate new regulations according to Decree 168/2024/ND-CP as follows:
Speed error:
Exceeding 5 - under 10 km/h: 400,000 - 600,000 VND.
Exceeding 10 - 20 km/h: 800,000 - 1,000,000 VND.
Exceeding 20 km/h: 6,000,000 - 8,000,000 VND + deducted 4 driving license points.
Motorcyclists who run red lights will be fined from 4-6 million VND (the old fine was 800,000 VND to 1 million VND).
Motorcyclists who do not wear helmets will be fined from 400,000 to 600,000 VND.
To pay the fine, people can go to the police station where the fine was discovered or go to the police station to resolve the violation according to regulations.
However, according to the new recommendation of the People's Traffic Police Department, people should go to the headquarters of the traffic police department where they have permanent residence to handle, not go to the place where violations are detected in another locality for handling, which is both overloaded for the authorities and requires long trips.
The police also recommend that running at the right speed is not only a matter of compliance with the law, but also a responsibility to yourself, your family and the community. The Traffic Police will continue to strictly handle violations of speed, without exception.
