    Drivers using a phone while participating in traffic can be fined from 4,000,000 VND to 6,000,000 VND and have their driving license deducted 04 points.

    Fines range from VND 20,000,000 to VND 22,000,000 and driving license points will be deducted by 10 points if using a phone to cause a traffic accident.
