Bac Ninh Police said that from September 27, 2025 to October 4, 2025, through the professional technical equipment system, the Traffic Police Department of Bac Ninh Provincial Police discovered and recorded many vehicles violating the speed limit.
These include Hanoi license plate cars as follows:
Car owner: 30G-777.79.
Motorcycle owner: 29C1-071.38.
Bac Ninh police recommend that for cars speeding, it reduces visibility, increases braking distance, and can easily cause multiple collisions and serious accidents on highways and national highways.
For motorbikes: When speeding, the driver is likely to lose control, slide, and have a much higher risk of death or serious injury than a car.
All vehicles: Speeding not only threatens the life of the driver but also endangers the surrounding traffic participants.
The Traffic Police Department of Bac Ninh Provincial Police recommends that vehicle owners in the above list quickly contact to resolve the issue according to the provisions of law.
Everyone should voluntarily follow the safe speed for themselves, for their family and for the community.
Thanh Hoa Police also announced a list of vehicles violating speed regulations on the national highway. Among these are Hanoi license plate cars as follows:

However, according to the new recommendation of the People's Traffic Police Department, people should go to the headquarters of the traffic police department where they have permanent residence to handle, not go to the place where violations are detected in another locality for handling, which is both overloaded for the authorities and requires long trips.
When coming to handle the fine, the violator needs to prepare some documents. For cars: Vehicle registration, certificate of technical safety inspection and environmental protection, driver's license of the violator, citizen identification card of the violator (photocopy 1 copy of each type of document).
The police also recommend that running at the right speed is not only a matter of compliance with the law, but also a responsibility to yourself, your family and the community. The Traffic Police will continue to strictly handle violations of speed, without exception.
