    On November 2, the Traffic Police Department announced that it had fined 5 million VND and deducted 2 driving license points for passenger car drivers who entered the emergency lane on the Phap Van - Nghi Son Expressway.

    Accordingly, the Highway Traffic Police Team No. 3 (Department 6, Traffic Police Department) has issued a fine for the driver of a passenger car with license plate 18B-021.xx for driving a vehicle into an emergency lane on the highway.

    According to verification from the "hotline" reflection sent by the Director of the Traffic Police Department, at 6:52 p.m. on October 25, 2025, driver Pham Van H. (born in 1973, residing in Vu Duong commune, Ninh Binh) was driving at km253 of the Phap Van - Cao Bo - Mai Son - National Highway 45 - Nghi Son, in the direction from Thanh Hoa to Hanoi, and drove into the emergency lane.

    The Highway Traffic Police Team No. 3 has drawn up a record of administrative violations, fined VND 5,000,000 and deducted 02 points from driver's license for driver H.
