Thai Binh Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 1787/QD-UBND approving the number and types of cars for general work according to standards, norms and the number of pickup trucks and cars with 12-16 seats for general work for agencies and units assigned to perform tasks according to the provisions of Decree No. 72/2023/ND-CP of the Government.
Notably, in Appendix 1, which stipulates the number and types of cars for general work as prescribed in Point b, Clause 6, Article 8 of Decree No. 72/2023/ND-CP, the Thai Binh Department of Education and Training is granted 4 cars for general work.
Of which, the Department of Education and Training Office is equipped with 2 cars, Thai Binh Specialized High School (the only high school in the province) and the Provincial Continuing Education Center are each equipped with 1 car.
The standard for cars serving general provincial work is as follows:
Point b, Clause 6, Article 8 of Decree No. 72/2023/ND-CP stipulates the scope, subjects of use and authority to decide on the number of cars for general work as follows: The Provincial People's Committee (after consulting with relevant agencies according to the working regulations of the Provincial Party Committee) decides on the number and types of cars according to the standards and norms of each provincial office (Provincial Party Committee Office, Office of the National Assembly Delegation and Provincial People's Council, Provincial People's Committee Office); provincial departments, branches, sectors and equivalents, provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front, provincial socio-political organizations; public service units under the provincial People's Committee; districts, towns, cities under the province).
