Accordingly, at 9:30 a.m. the same day, driver Duong Van Thanh (born in 1978, residing in Tam Dao commune, Phu Tho province) was driving a car with license plate: 88D-017.98 in the wrong direction at Km78+500, Noi Bai - Lao Cai highway.
After being invited to the headquarters of Team 1 to work, driver Duong Van Thanh admitted his violation and said that at that time he was going to the old Lao Cai city to visit his family.
However, when he reached Km78+500, thinking about his family, he went wrong way.
Driver Duong Van Thanh later wrote a report, realizing that the behavior was wrong and dangerous, and pledged not to repeat the above behavior.
For the above violation, driver Duong Van Thanh will be fined 35 million VND, according to the provisions of Decree 168/2024 and have 10 points deducted from his driving license.
