On the afternoon of February 26, the People's Committee of Hai Phong City held a Conference to announce the Decision of the Chairman of the City People's Committee on appointing members of the Board of Management of the Children's Hospital and assigning the Acting Director of the Children's Hospital. Comrade Le Khac Nam, member of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee chaired the conference. Also attending were representatives of the leaders: Department of Home Affairs, Department of Health, Office of the City People's Committee; leaders and Heads, Deputy Heads, Departments, Units, and Unions of the Children's Hospital.
According to the Decision, the Chairman of the Hai Phong City People's Committee appointed members of the Board of Directors of the Children's Hospital, including 6 members, including the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Bui Van Chien, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Children's Hospital. The members of the Hospital Management Board (current positions) include: Ms. Nguyen Tuyet Mai Anh, Head of the Department of Organization and Personnel (Department of Health); Ms. Tran Thi Ngoc Hoa, Deputy Director of Children's Hospital; Mr. Nguyen Viet Anh, Head of the Department of Planning and Finance (Children's Hospital); Ms. Bui Thi Quyen, Vice President of the Trade Union, Head of the Nursing Department (Children's Hospital); Mr. Vu Huu Quyen, Head of the Department of Intensive Care and Anti-Poisoning (Children's Hospital).
The term of the Board of Directors is 5 years; receive position allowances and concurrent remuneration according to regulations.
Also according to the Decision of the City People's Committee, the Acting Director of the Children's Hospital was assigned to Mr. Tran Minh Canh, Deputy Director of the Children's Hospital under the Department of Health. The term of power transfer is until the position of Director of the Children's Hospital is completed or until Mr. Tran Minh Canh reaches the retirement age according to regulations.
At the ceremony, the city leaders acknowledged and highly appreciated the achievements and contributions of Mr. Bui Van Chien and Mr. Tran Minh Canh as well as the members of the Board of Directors of the Children's Hospital throughout the process of striving, training and maturing. The Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee requested the leaders of Hai Phong Children's Hospital to promptly rebuild the operating regulations of the Hospital Management Board to meet the new requirements and tasks; promptly complete the hospital management board members according to the direction of the City People's Committee.
On this occasion, Vice Chairman of Hai Phong City People's Committee Le Khac Nam also sent his best wishes to the collective of leaders, staff, and medical staff of Children's Hospital on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day (February 27, 1955 - February 27, 2025).
