To ensure the adequate and timely supply of drugs for people's medical examination and treatment needs in the face of the above-mentioned complicated epidemics and war developments, the Drug Administration Department requests the Department of Health of provinces and centrally run cities to direct hospitals, disease control centers and medical facilities in the area to develop plans and deploy drug procurement to ensure adequate supply, absolutely not allowing shortages and shortages of drugs to serve the medical examination and treatment of people;
Ensure quality and reasonable prices, avoid sudden price increases, focus on ensuring adequate supply of medicine for emergency care; disease prevention drugs, blood products and blood products, anti-epidemic pain reliever products.
In case necessary, medical examination and treatment facilities proactively seek drug supply to import according to the provisions of law and seek alternative treatment measures.
The head of the medical examination and treatment facility is responsible for ensuring the supply of enough quality drugs to serve the needs of emergency care, medical examination and treatment at the medical examination and treatment facility.

For drug manufacturing and importing facilities, the Drug Administration requires increasing supply, developing and implementing a drug supply plan to serve the medical examination and treatment needs of the people, urgently supplying enough drugs when receiving orders from medical examination and treatment facilities, not allowing speculation or drug price increases; report to the Drug Administration when there is a risk of drug shortage.
