As Lao Dong reported earlier, at around 9:16 a.m. this morning, September 15, at km222+800 on the Phap Van - Cao Bo - Mai Son - National Highway 45 expressway, a traffic accident occurred between a passenger car with license plate 29E-127.xx crashing into the back of a tanker truck with license plate 51C-367.xx traveling in lane 1 in the direction of Hanoi - Ninh Binh to water the trees.
After that, the passenger car with license plate 29K-043.xx crashed into a car with license plate 29E-127.xx and lost control, swerved over the railing, and down the right side of the road. Then, a car with license plate 98C-270.xx crashed into a car with license plate 29E-127.xx.
According to the Traffic Police Department, the preliminary cause of the accident was due to the drivers not observing, not ensuring speed and keeping a safe distance from the vehicle in front. At the same time, consider whether the tanker truck that waters trees in lane 1 carries out safety warnings in accordance with the provisions of law and the working process on the highway or not.
