Initial information, on the evening of December 27, a couple went to a motel in Dai Kim ward (Hoang Mai district) to rent a room.
At 8:00 a.m. on December 28, staff checked the room and discovered two people had died.
The incident was then reported to local authorities and Hoang Mai District Police.
The same morning, Hoang Mai District Police and other authorities were present at the scene to investigate and clarify the cause of the incident.
Initial identification shows that the male victim is from Quang Ninh province, the female victim is from Yen Bai province.
