On December 19, according to information from Chi Linh City Police, Hai Duong, Tan Dan Ward Police, Chi Linh City just arrested a subject for robbery on December 18.
Accordingly, Luong Van Tam (born in 2004, from Nghe An) was in dire straits and had no money to pay for the motorbike, so at around 6:00 p.m. on December 18, Tam robbed Mr. H's gold shop (in Tu Giang, Tan Dan ward) of 2 gold necklaces, worth about 40,000,000 VND.
As soon as he tried to get on his motorbike to escape, Tam was arrested on the spot by Tan Dan Ward Police, local security, and the masses.
The case is being investigated and handled by the authorities.
