On December 11, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province issued a document requesting the People's Committees of wards and communes to review resettlement land in the area, prepare locations to arrange resettlement for households whose land belongs to the high-speed railway project on the North-South axis through Dong Nai province.
Previously, on November 28, the Land Fund Development Center of Dong Nai province reported to the Provincial People's Committee the results of working with localities on the compensation, support and resettlement project for the high-speed railway project on the North-South axis through the province.
The Land Fund Development Center of Dong Nai province has compiled a report to the Provincial People's Committee on the number of households that need to be relocated, resettled, available resettlement plots that can be allocated for projects in the commune, the number of remaining resettlement plots of the project, proposed the construction of resettlement areas for projects in communes, wards or arrangement in other resettlement areas in neighboring communes that have been invested.
Accordingly, the number of households that must be relocated and resettled is 346 households.
In Xuan Hoa commune, there are 100 households, Xuan Loc commune has 57 households, Xuan Phu commune has 70 households, Xuan Dinh commune has 19 households, Hang Gon ward has 12 households, Cam My commune has 3 households, Xuan Duong commune has 25 households, An Phuoc commune has 0 households, Nhon Trach commune has 60 households.
The communes of Xuan Que, Long Thanh, Long Phuoc have not yet reported.
According to the proposal of the People's Committee of the commune, households will be resettled in the Xuan Hiep Commune Resettlement Area (33 hectares in Xuan Loc Commune, about 618 resettlement plots) that have been approved for the 1/500 Detailed Planning; Resettlement area in Gia Ray Town (still vacant 140 plots); Xuan Tan resettlement area (still vacant 12 plots); Residential area with Nhan Nghia resettlement arrangement (still vacant 14 plots)...
According to the Provincial Land Fund Development Center, if more terminals are arranged, the number of resettlement areas will increase.
