The remaining 30 headquarters will also be assigned to the Housing and Apartment Management Center to receive, manage and exploit in accordance with regulations.
Some specific headquarters previously under the People's Council, Department of Agriculture and Environment, Department of Crop Production and Plant Protection, Construction Investment Project Management Board and Trade - Tourism Investment Promotion Center will be transferred to localities for continued use in accordance with new needs.
Many large headquarters, once an important administrative unit of Ninh Thuan province, will be converted to serve the community.
In which, the old Ninh Thuan Provincial Party Committee headquarters will be converted into a green library, open to serve the community, promote the culture of reading and accessing knowledge.
The old headquarters of the People's Committee of Ninh Thuan province will be renovated into the Khanh Hoa Provincial Public Administration Service Center, which also houses citizen reception, records archiving, and administrative handling for the southern area of Khanh Hoa province.
The headquarters of the Ninh Thuan Department of Health will be handed over to Nguyen Trai High School, used as a military area, supplementing infrastructure for the education sector.
