Previously, in April 2023, the People's Committee of Bac Giang province (old) approved the Detailed Planning Project for the construction of Quang Chau 2 Industrial Park (scale 1/500).
The planning area is about 119 hectares, of which the industrial park area is about 117.65 hectares, the current traffic and residential area is about 1.63 hectares.
This is a concentrated, multi-industry industrial park, with a synchronous and modern technical infrastructure system to attract investment in the fields of: Agricultural and forestry processing, food processing, mechanical engineering, electronic components, packaging and supporting industries with modern, advanced and environmentally friendly technology.
Accordingly, the factory area has a unified architectural space in the entire area with a variety of combinations of factories and enterprises. The construction of each factory ensures modern architecture, gentle, elegant, harmonious color; maximum height of 5 floors, maximum construction density of 70%.
The service area is located at the gateways of the Northeast and South, adjacent to the main gate of the industrial park connecting to Provincial Road 398. Arrange service works, accommodation facilities, and public utilities for workers working in industrial parks. The maximum height is 9 floors, the maximum construction density is 50%.
After the merger, Bac Ninh has about 30 industrial parks with a total area of up to thousands of hectares. Bac Ninh's economic scale (GRDP) ranks 5th in the country.
Industrial parks in Bac Ninh strongly attract investment capital, especially FDI capital.
According to the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province, in the first 6 months of 2025, the whole province of Bac Ninh has attracted more than 12 billion USD in converted investment capital. In terms of FDI attraction alone, Bac Ninh province ranks second nationwide, after Hanoi city.
