Project scale: Land use area: About 3,124.2m2. Total expected apartments: About 102 apartments.
Social infrastructure works: Green parks, sports, etc. Synchronous technical infrastructure according to regulations.
The total investment capital is more than 177 billion VND. Implementation progress: 2025 - 2026 (expected to be operational in December 2026).
