On the Government Portal, Ms. N.T.H said that she is single, with an actual monthly income of 11 million VND. In January alone, every year, she receives an additional Tet bonus of 40 million VND. Ms. H asked, considering the income criteria alone, can you buy social housing or not? She fully meets all other conditions.

Regarding this issue, the Ministry of Construction responded as follows:
Clause 1, Article 30 of Decree No. 100/2024/ND-CP dated July 26, 2024 of the Government detailing a number of articles of the Housing Law on the development and management of social housing stipulates income conditions as follows:

Land prices cool down after land fever, investors are cautious

Warning about encroachment on public land and forestry land in Mang Den
On August 2, the People's Committee of Mang Den commune (Quang Ngai province) said that it had advised people not to let bad people take advantage of or occupy public land and forestry land under the management of the State.
According to local authorities, recently there have been many subjects taking advantage of people's lack of legal knowledge to encroach on public land and forestry land.

Common violations include illegal construction on agricultural land and buying and selling of land that does not meet legal requirements according to regulations.
The People's Committee of the commune requires the village team leader and village chief not to sign confirmation of land sale and transfer transactions in handwritten documents when they do not meet the prescribed conditions.
The government warned that violations such as land encroachment and illegal construction can be subject to administrative sanctions or criminal prosecution.

Khanh Hoa adds 28 projects with problems, bringing the total to 245 projects with long-standing backlog
Khanh Hoa province has sent a report to Steering Committee 1568 and the Ministry of Finance on the results of reviewing and updating additional 28 investment projects facing difficulties and obstacles, bringing the total to 245 projects with long-standing problems in the area.
Previously, according to the report before August 1, the whole province had 217 projects behind schedule, mostly due to legal procedures such as bidding to select investors, land allocation, land lease, etc.
