Rural land prices, unnamed roads in Da Nang increase to record
The People's Committee of Da Nang City has just issued Decision 45/2025/QD-UBND to adjust and supplement land prices in the area.
The decision takes effect from July 7, 2025 with the average land price increasing compared to the old land price list (in Decision 59/2024).
In particular, land prices have fluctuated strongly at locations 1.
The most expensive route in Da Nang is Bach Dang Street, from Le Duan to Nguyen Van Linh with a new price of more than 340 million VND/m2, an increase from more than 286 million VND/m2 from January 2025.
Before 2025, according to the land price list, this road section was determined to be only about 148 million VND/m2.
Notably, some other "diament" routes in Da Nang also have great fluctuations such as Tran Hung Dao Street (east bank of Han River) with a price range of 80 - 182 million VND/m2, 49 - 110 million VND/m2. In which, the section from Song Han Bridge to Dragon Bridge is considered the highest price frame.

The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction is assigned to be the standing agency, monitoring, synthesizing the implementation situation, promptly reporting and proposing to the City People's Committee to handle arising difficulties and problems.
From July 1, 2025, the People's Committees of the 3 new wards after the arrangement in District 8, Chanh Hung, Binh Dong and Phu Dinh, will start implementing the work according to the project.

Finding new land fund with potential for social housing construction in Khanh Hoa
On June 29, the Department of Construction of Khanh Hoa province said that by the end of 2024, the locality had basically completed 3,364 social housing units out of a total of 3,400 units assigned by the Prime Minister in the period of 2021-2025, reaching a rate of 98.9%.
In 2025, according to Decision No. 444 of the Prime Minister, Khanh Hoa province is assigned a target of developing 2,496 more social housing units.
Meanwhile, according to the Housing Development Program approved by Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, the demand for land funds for social housing development in the whole province by 2025 will reach more than 227 hectares, equivalent to nearly 1.8 million m2 of construction floor space, equivalent to 44,881 apartments.
In the 2026-2030 period, this demand will continue to increase to more than 337 hectares, equivalent to more than 2.3 million m2 of floor space (equivalent to 48,751 apartments).

Many young people have difficulty accessing social housing due to exceeding income standards
Many young people want to buy social housing but face difficulties due to not meeting the income criteria according to current regulations.
According to current regulations, one of the conditions for people to buy social housing is an income of no more than 15 million VND/month (for single people) and no more than 30 million VND/month (for husband and wife).
Talking to Lao Dong, Mr. Tran Duc Nam (Phu Tho) said that his average monthly income is about 17 million VND. With his current accumulation, he cannot afford to buy a commercial apartment worth 2 - 3 billion VND in Hanoi. However, due to exceeding the maximum income according to regulations, he is not eligible to buy social housing.
Mr. Nguyen Quy Manh (29 years old, from Hung Yen), working in the media sector in Hanoi, has an average income of about 16.5 million VND/month.
