Posting an advertisement for a plot of land with an area of 80 m2 in Thach That district for sale for the past 2 years, Mr. Nguyen Van Linh (39 years old, living in Thach Hoa commune) said that to attract attention, he had to reduce the selling price of the plot of land by 100 million VND compared to the previous advertisement price but still could not find a buyer.
According to Mr. Linh, he bought this plot of land in 2023 for 2.7 billion VND, equivalent to nearly 34 million VND/m2. Hung Yen to auction 459 plots of land, priced from 7 million VND/m2
The Property Auction Service Center under the Hung Yen Department of Justice has just issued a notice to auction the right to use 84 plots of land (including Location LK02 with 44 plots from LK02-1 to LK02-44; Location LK03 with 2 plots LK03-1 and LK03-2; Location LK04 with 38 plots from LK04-1 to LK04-38) to build houses in the planned location in Cam Ninh commune, An Thi district, Hung Yen on March 29.

National Housing Fund, expected to unblock the real estate market
