HCMC uses the current land price list until the end of 2025
Ho Chi Minh City continues to apply the current land price list until the end of 2025, and at the same time, builds the first land price list according to the 2024 Land Law to apply from January 1, 2026.

The Office of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee has just announced the conclusion of Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Bui Minh Thanh at a meeting on the application of the land price list after the merger, the development of the first land price list according to the 2024 Land Law and revenue from land use fees in the city.
The leaders of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee agreed to continue applying the regulations on land price lists in Decision No. 79/2024/QD-UBND in Ho Chi Minh City (old), Decision No. 63/2024/QD-UBND in Binh Duong province (old) and Decision No. 26/2024/QD-UBND in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province (old) until the above decisions are abolished and replaced according to regulations, or there are other instructions from competent authorities.
The Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to complete the draft document directing the implementation, based on the direction of the leaders of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee and units at the meeting. Khanh Hoa conducts land inventory of the whole province after administrative unit arrangement
Khanh Hoa will conduct land inventories and map the current status of land use after the arrangement of administrative units.

In July 2025, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province directed land inventories and created a map of the current land use status in 2024 after the arrangement of administrative units throughout the province.
In which, the commune level is the basic unit for conducting the inventory and is the basis for synthesizing the results of land inventory, maping the current land use status of the provincial level.
The subjects of land inventory in 2024 include: Area of land types, types of users, subjects assigned for management.
In this land inventory, an assessment will be conducted on the situation of management and use of golf course land; airports; landslide and silting areas; land originating from agricultural and forestry farms.
The deadline for completion and reporting the results at the commune level is before July 31 and at the provincial level before August 20, 2025. See more...
Apartment prices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City are the highest in nearly a decade
The Ministry of Construction said that in the second quarter of 2025, the number of apartment and individual house transactions reached 34,461 successful cases (equal to 102.61% compared to the first quarter of 2025 and 133.1% compared to the same period in 2024).
Apartment prices in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and major cities across the country in the second quarter of 2025 were basically stable compared to the previous quarter, however, both cities recorded the highest price in nearly a decade.

In Hanoi, the average selling price in the second quarter of 2025 reached VND80 million/m2, up 5.6% over the previous quarter (up 33% over the same period).
In Ho Chi Minh City, the average apartment price reached 89 million VND/m2, not much fluctuation compared to the previous quarter but increased by 36% compared to the same period last year.
In some other localities such as Hai Phong city or Can Tho, the price ranges around 37-56 million VND/tael depending on the project. See more...
Hung Yen focuses on removing obstacles, speeding up the progress of key projects
Hung Yen - The Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the People's Committee of Hung Yen province discussed many important contents, including the transfer of the project after the dissolution at the district level.
