Inspired by the most unique works of traditional pagoda architecture in Vietnam such as Keo Pagoda, But Thap Pagoda, Kim Thanh Tower is designed with 5 roofs 33m high, surrounding a 13.8m high nine-level lotus tower made of pure copper.

In late September 2024, at the project construction site, according to the reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper, the project is currently in the process of building the rough foundation frame.

After about 10 months of construction, site clearance work is still being carried out, and the reinforced concrete system to reinforce the tower foundation has gradually taken shape.
