On August 5, the Ca Mau Provincial Land Fund Development Center announced the official public list of 14 land plots, land plots and assets attached to land managed by the unit for short-term lease in the province.
The land plots offered for lease are distributed in Tan Thanh, An Xuyen, Hoa Thanh wards and Nguyen Phich, Nam Can, Dat Moi, Tri Phai, Tran Van Thoi communes. The lease term is 3 years. Notably, this list also includes the headquarters of the Ca Mau Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism (old) put into operation.
Organizations and individuals who need to lease land submit dossiers directly at the Ca Mau Provincial Land Fund Development Center (No. 257, Phan Ngoc Hien street, An Xuyen ward). Application submission time is from August 6 to the end of September 4, 2026 during office hours.

According to regulations, the hirer must pay a deposit equal to 15% of the total rent of one year calculated according to the starting unit price. The selection of the hirer is carried out on the basis of fully meeting the conditions according to regulations and having the highest proposed price but not lower than the starting unit price.
The Ca Mau Provincial Land Fund Development Center recommends organizations, businesses, business households and individuals who need to carefully study the list, conditions, dossiers and registration time to ensure their rights when participating.
According to Decision No. 72/2024/QD-UBND of Ca Mau Provincial People's Committee, the land fund for short-term lease includes land plots, land plots and assets attached to land managed by the Land Fund Development Organization but without immediate use plans. The rental price is determined according to the current land price list and is disclosed before receiving the dossier.
In case the lease term expires but the State has not implemented the plan, the lessee may be considered for extension many times, but the total lease and extension period does not exceed 5 years.
