The Quoc Oai Commune General Service Center, Quoc Oai Commune People's Committee in coordination with Joint Venture Auction Company No. 5 - National has just successfully organized an auction session for residential land use rights for 13 land plots in Zone A and Zone B at the Project to build technical infrastructure for the land auction for land use rights ĐG06, Sai Son Commune Ring Road area (now Quoc Oai commune), Hanoi city.
The auction attracted the participation of a large number of customers in need. Accordingly, 13 land plots put up for auction have an area from 70.4m2 to 101.8m2. Among them, 5 land plots in area A have a starting price of 14,225,500 VND/m2, 8 land plots in area B have a starting price of 9,545,000 VND/m2.
The auction session is organized in the form of direct voting in multiple rounds at the session, according to the upward bidding method, with a price step of 3 million VND/m2 for each round of auction, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, publicity and transparency.
After many rounds of exciting auctions, 13/13 land plots were successfully auctioned. Notably, land plot A1 achieved the highest winning bid price of 155,225,500 VND/m2, many times higher than the starting price.
According to the summary, the total value at the starting price of the 13 land plots is more than 13.3 billion VND, while the total winning auction value reached nearly 134 billion VND, and the difference in budget revenue increased by over 120.5 billion VND.
According to Quoc Oai Commune People's Committee, this result shows the attractiveness of the land fund in the locality as well as the interest of investors and people in the area with increasingly complete infrastructure, favorable location and development potential in the future.
Speaking at the auction session, Comrade Nguyen Huu Son - Member of the Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of Quoc Oai Commune People's Committee said that organizing land use right auctions is one of the important solutions to effectively exploit land resources, increase budget revenue to serve infrastructure development investment and civil works in the area.
Through the auction, the locality wishes to select customers with real needs, using land for the right purpose, effectively, contributing to promoting infrastructure and socio-economic development in the area.
