On March 16, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province issued a plan for auctioning land use rights in 2025 in the province.
In particular, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province assigned relevant departments and People's Committees of districts and cities to urgently carry out related procedures (land acquisition, compensation, support, resettlement, detailed planning 1/500 or shortened detailed planning, investment policy approval documents, updated housing development programs and plans, etc.) to ensure conditions for organizing land use rights auctions for 20 land plots and land plots of 679.582 hectares with a value according to the land price list of about VND 18,814.096 billion.
Of these 20 land plots, the Functional conversion area at Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park (Area I - 8.94 ha) in An Binh Ward, Bien Hoa City has an area of 89,400 m2 and has a value according to the land price list of more than 715 billion VND.
For this land, the progress of the main work will be as follows:
Bien Hoa City People's Committee coordinated with the Department of Construction to reclaim land for site clearance and establish, appraise and approve the detailed planning 1/500, with completion time on June 15, 2025.
Bien Hoa City People's Committee coordinates with the Department of Finance to prepare, appraise and approve the investment policy approval dossier to be completed on June 25, 2025.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment coordinates with the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to appraise and approve the auction plan to be completed by July 11, 2025.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment coordinates with the Department of Finance to determine, appraise, and approve the starting price to be completed on September 9, 2025.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment in coordination with the Provincial Land Fund Development Center issued a decision to complete the auction on September 19, 2025.
The Provincial Land Fund Development Center selected a unit to organize the auction to complete on November 3, 2025.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment coordinates with the Provincial Land Fund Development Center and related units to assess the conditions and capacity of auction participants to complete by December 9, 2025.
The auction organization coordinated with the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to organize the auction to be completed on December 14, 2025.
Previously, on February 5, 2024, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province decided to approve the Project to convert Bien Hoa Industrial Park 1 into an urban - commercial - service area and improve the environment.
This project includes 2 projects: The Provincial Political - Administrative Center Area Project (area of about 44 hectares) and the Bien Hoa 1 Urban Service Area Project (area of over 283 hectares).
Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park is the oldest industrial park in Vietnam established in 2019.
Also in the 2025 land use rights auction plan in the province, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province assigned the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to organize an auction of land use rights for 17 land plots and plots of land/168.23 hectares with a value according to the land price list of about VND 2,172.758 billion.
The People's Committee of Dong Nai province also assigned relevant departments and People's Committees of districts and cities to focus on handling the existing problems to organize auctions of land use rights for 9 other land plots and plots with an area of 259,583.4 m2.
