On December 13, Hai Phong City People's Committee announced that Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Anh Quan signed a decision approving the Plan for auctioning land use rights to build commercial service works at Lot 30 B, Nga Nam New Urban Area - Cat Bi Airport, Gia Vien Ward, Ngo Quyen District, Hai Phong City.
According to the approved plan, the land lot to be auctioned has a total area of 5,517m2, and is auctioned for the purpose of building a commercial service building with a term of 50 years. The land lot is expected to be auctioned in December 2024.
According to the plan, the units participating in the land auction must meet all the requirements according to the approved regulations. The total investment of the project is more than 183 billion VND, of which the cost of building technical infrastructure and works on the land is more than 96 billion VND, the rest is land rent. The project implementation period is from the first quarter of 2025 to the fourth quarter of 2027. The project will be put into use in the first quarter of 2028.
The starting price is 15,878,000 VND/m2, the total value of the land is more than 87.5 billion VND. Units and enterprises wishing to participate in the auction must deposit 20% of the total value of the land at the starting time.
Hai Phong City People's Committee assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to preside over and work with relevant units to guide Ngo Quyen District People's Committee to complete the auction documents and carry out the following procedures to organize the auction of land use rights according to regulations.
Assign the Chief of Office of the City People's Committee, Directors of the Departments of Finance, Natural Resources and Environment, Construction, Justice, Planning and Investment, State Treasury of Hai Phong; Director of the City Tax Department, Chairman of the People's Committee of Ngo Quyen District, Chairman of the People's Committee of Gia Vien Ward and relevant agencies to base on the decision to implement.
