Mr. Pham Duc Toan - Permanent Vice Chairman of Dien Bien Provincial People's Committee has just signed a decision to reclaim more than 413,000 m3 of land from UVA Dien Bien Livestock Joint Stock Company in Tuan Giao commune.
The reason for the land reclamation is clearly stated: "The breeding and carnivorage cattle and beef cattle farming project has been terminated by UVA Dien Bien Livestock Joint Stock Company in Decision No. 05/QD-UV dated May 14, 2023; the Department of Planning and Investment (now the Department of Finance) issued Notice No. 1096/TB-SKHDT dated June 12, 2023 on the termination of the breeding and carnivorage cattle and beef cattle farming project in Tuan Giao district)".
The location and boundary of the assigned land plot are determined with the Land Use Rights Certificate No. CE series642962, numbered in the CT01299 certificate, issued on February 8, 2018.
The entire land area after recovery will be handed over to the People's Committee of Tuan Giao commune for management according to regulations.
The People's Committee of Dien Bien province assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to preside over and coordinate with the People's Committee of Tuan Giao commune, UVA Dien Bien Livestock Joint Stock Company and relevant units to specifically determine the boundary, boundary markers and hand over land on site.
