The report at the conference said that in early 2025, the Company's production and business activities achieved positive results, with revenue reaching over 45.5 billion VND. Party building work has been comprehensively implemented, especially the successful organization of the Company Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term; focusing on developing Party members, including Party members of ethnic minorities.

The organizational apparatus is strengthened according to the 2-level model, ensuring streamlining and efficiency; stable labor, with reasonable salary and welfare policies. The activities of the Trade Union and Youth Union are vibrant and effective, actively contributing to the emulation movement and caring for the lives of workers.
In particular, the Company's Trade Union organized visits and encouragement to union members and workers in difficult circumstances or who were sick or had natural disasters. Mobilize cadres, union members, and workers to carry out social security work, participate in supporting the "Union Shelter" and "Fund for the Poor" funds, supporting natural disasters and floods.
The total number of union members and workers visited and supported by the Union in the first 6 months of 2025 and 2,483 people with the amount of 565,150,000 VND.
Currently, Dien Bien Rubber Joint Stock Company has 15 affiliated trade union groups, 694 union members; in the first 6 months of 2025, it developed 66 union members, introduced 13 outstanding masses to the Party Committee to create a source for Party development.
