Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Duong Duc Tuan has signed a decision approving the local adjustment of the S5 urban subdivision planning at the land plots for school construction in planning blocks B3-1 and A5-2 in Lien Ninh commune and Vinh Quynh commune (Thanh Tri district, Hanoi).
Accordingly, the land in planning block B3-1: Secondary school adjusted to increase construction density from maximum 20% to maximum 40%; Kindergarten adjusted to increase construction density from maximum 20% to maximum 40%.
Land in planning block A5-2: Locally adjust the land in the Northeast of Vinh Quynh Secondary School, Campus 2, from residential land function (urban residential land) to primary school land; increase the primary school construction density from 20% to a maximum of 40%.
The City People's Committee assigns the Thanh Tri District People's Committee and the planning consultancy unit to be responsible for the legal organization of the planning (including the process; scope, objects, time, form, synthesis results... opinions of relevant agencies, organizations, individuals and communities), data, accuracy, consistency, synchronization with the system of drawings, explanations, management regulations (including assessment of current status and planning options).
Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Duong Duc Tuan also signed a decision approving the local adjustment of the GSA urban zoning plan for kindergartens and secondary schools in the planning block coded GSA-2 in Lien Ninh commune (Thanh Tri district, Hanoi).
Accordingly, the planning area is about 1.75ha. The North and East borders the existing road and residential area; the South borders the planned road B=17.5m; the West borders the land of Ta Hoang Co primary school.
According to the decision, a part of the land of the junior high school will be adjusted to the land of the kindergarten (about 0.25ha), the construction density of the kindergarten will be adjusted to increase from 30% to a maximum of 40%, and the height of the building will be increased from 2 floors to 3 floors to ensure the construction of enough 20 classrooms for the kindergarten as prescribed. The construction density of the junior high school will be adjusted to increase from 30% to a maximum of 40%, and the height of the building will be increased from 3 floors to 4 floors.
The Hanoi People's Committee assigned the Thanh Tri District People's Committee to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Planning and Architecture and relevant agencies and units to organize the public announcement of the approved local adjustment of the zoning plan so that organizations, agencies and people can know and implement it.
