In October 2025, the Department of Construction of Khanh Hoa province issued a notice confirming that future housing is eligible for sale and lease-purchase for the Housing Project for families of officers and soldiers in Region 4/navy in Cam Lam commune.
The Housing Project for Officers' families in Region 4 has a total investment of more than VND 1,700 billion, invested by the Housing and Urban Development Investment Corporation of the Ministry of National Defense.
According to the Department of Construction of Khanh Hoa province, the project dossier has fully met the conditions prescribed in Article 24 of the Law on Real Estate Business, qualified to put products into business in the form of buying and selling or leasing to buy and sell houses in the future.
78 low-rise houses (including 48 single villas and 30 double villas) in Area N6 - Coastal Urban Area, Cam Lam New Urban Area (belonging to Lot T9A, Planning Area No. 7, Northern Tourism Area of Cam Ranh Peninsula) have been confirmed to be eligible for business.
In the notice, the Department of Construction requires investors to be responsible for the completeness, accuracy and honesty of information related to the project, including project legality, characteristics of future housing, investment progress and ensuring business conditions.
The signing of a sales or lease-purchase contract must comply with the provisions of the law on real estate business, while fully meeting the conditions for guarantee, progress and legal documents as prescribed.
Notably, the project has not been announced by a competent State agency in an area where foreign organizations and individuals are allowed to own houses in Vietnam.
Therefore, investors are not currently allowed to sell or lease to foreign organizations or individuals.
