On May 22, the Hanoi People's Committee issued 5 decisions on adjusting and supplementing the 2025 Land Use Plan for Ha Dong, Tay Ho districts, Thanh Oai, Phuc Tho and Quoc Oai districts.
In Decision No. 2567/QD-UBND, approving the adjustment and supplementation of the 2025 Land Use Plan of Tay Ho District, the City People's Committee approved Decision No. 119/QD-UBND dated January 8, 2025.
Accordingly, 17 works and projects have been adjusted and supplemented with a total land use area of about 46.84.
Some works and projects include: Construction of Tu Lien Bridge; project to supplement West Lake water from West Lake wastewater treatment plant to Sen Lake; restoration and embellishment of the relics of Duc Thanh Temple, Nghia Dung Temple and Nghi Tam Communal House; site clearance and construction of technical infrastructure for the protection area I of Phu Tay Ho relic; housing project for the People's Public Security armed forces in area X1, Phu Thuong Ward, ...
Other contents of the 2025 Land Use Plan of Tay Ho District are implemented according to Decision No. 119 of the City People's Committee.

In Decision No. 2571/QD-UBND, adjusting and supplementing the 2025 Land Use Plan of Ha Dong District, which was approved by the City People's Committee in Decision No. 123/QD-UBND dated January 8, 2025.
Accordingly, adjust and supplement the list of 6 projects: Thanh Ha A - Cienco 5, Thanh Ha B - Cienco 5, Ha Dong Secondary School; project to build houses for the People's Public Security armed forces in the land plot marked 6.2 under the S4 subdivision planning, Le Trong Tan street, Duong Noi ward; Kien Hung resettlement area; Ha Cau residential area under lot IX, plot No. 17, Ha Cau ward with a total area of 8.07ha of land.
Adjust the number of projects and areas recorded in Clause 1, Article 1 to: 44 projects with a total land area of 274.79 hectares.
Other contents are implemented according to Decision No. 123 of the City People's Committee and current legal provisions.
In Quoc Oai district, 7 works and projects have been adjusted and supplemented with a total land use area of about 16.74 hectares. Of which, 5 projects with an area of 4.68ha were adjusted; 2 new projects with an area of 12.06ha were added.
In Thanh Oai district, 33 works and projects have been adjusted and supplemented with a total land use area of about 349.57 hectares.
In Phuc Tho district, 52 projects were adjusted and supplemented; of which, 47 projects were adjusted and supplemented with the area of land recovered and registered for land use conversion for rice cultivation to complete land allocation procedures. At the same time, a new list of 5 projects with an area of 20.69ha was added.
The investment project to build Tu Lien Bridge and the road at both ends of the bridge was started on May 19, 2025.
The total length of the project is about 5.15km, starting point connects with Nghi Tam street (Tay Ho district), ending point connects with Truong Sa street (Dong Anh district).
The total investment of the entire project is about 19,830 billion VND, invested by the Hanoi Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board.
The Tu Lien Bridge project with a design of a rope with two flat sides, a length of the main span and a height of a large tower, and a cross-leg diagram on a flat surface will create an architectural highlight, after completion in 2027, it will be one of the symbolic bridges of Hanoi City.
